D. Mark Grimm, Jr. Joins BB&T as Shareholder

D. Mark Grimm, Jr. joined BB&T as a shareholder on March 1, 2012. Mark has counseled clients in business-related matters for 19 years, including buying and selling businesses, start-ups, financing, real estate, business succession and securities law. He also advises clients on estate planning and administration.

Mark received a B.A. (summa cum laude) from Franklin and Marshall College and his J.D. (cum laude) from Georgetown University Law Center. He routinely serves as a panelist for seminars through the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the Lancaster Bar Association.
