Frank’s emphasis on corporate law and real estate has grown from his background
as a developer, construction contractor, and investor. He combines his knowledge
of the law with a commitment to applying that knowledge for the best interests
of each client.

Frank’s interest in real estate extends to his personal life as well. He and his wife,
Vicki, enjoy restoring old houses and touring historic homes, such as Winterthur,
the former DuPont estate in Delaware, where he is a member of the estate’s
preservation trust. His other personal interests include playing the drums, music,
antiques, gardening, travel, and fine wines.
