Kim’s commitment to client service is a perfect fit at BB&T, where she has
established a reputation for responding promptly and effectively to client needs.
Her work with families and estate planning enables her to guide clients through
complex issues with understanding and clarity of purpose.

“There is no such thing as a trivial legal issue, and I am always aware that my
clients are counting on me to give them clear explanations and direction. That is
a very rewarding experience, because there is no greater sense of satisfaction than
to achieve a successful outcome for our clients.”

A native of southern Lancaster County, Kim is actively involved in the community
as an elder at her church and as a member of Hospice of Lancaster County’s
Board of Directors and Planned Giving Council. She is also a former board
member of No Longer Alone Ministries.
