Richard is a seasoned attorney with considerable breadth and depth of experience
in business law, business restructuring, secured creditor representation, and
estate and asset protection. Richard is uniquely qualified to provide clients with
valuable counsel in this age of increasingly global opportunity and competition.

In addition to Pennsylvania, Richard is licensed to practice in the District of
Columbia and before the U.S. Supreme Court. He is well known and respected
for his special skills in developing and implementing solutions for complex
legal matters—including those involving federal law and regulatory issues.

With his wife and three daughters, Richard is a long-term resident of Lititz.
He enjoys playing golf and the study of foreign languages. He speaks Spanish,
Portuguese, French, and Italian, and communicates in nine other languages at
a “survival” level.
