Angela H. Sanders

Angela is an Associate at BB&T. She focuses her practice in the areas of Employment, Landlord and Tenant Law and Civil Litigation. She counsels employers on labor and employment issues such as unemployment compensation. Angela handles a variety of litigation matters, including defense of defamation claims, land disputes and breach of contract actions. She has appeared before the Pennsylvania Public Utilities Commission, Liquor Control Board, Unemployment Compensation Board of Review, various employment administrative agencies and state and federal courts. Angela also has appellate experience before the Commonwealth, Superior and Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania.

In her landlord and tenant practice, Angela works with landlords and property managers in drafting and reviewing residential leases and prosecuting eviction and collection actions. Angela counsels landlords and owners on issues involving mobile home parks and 55+ communities. She has experience with fair housing issues and HUD regulations, and has served as a lecturer on landlord/tenant topics.
