Jill M. Laskowitz

Jill is an Associate at BB&T. She focuses her practice in the areas of Civil Litigation, Estate Planning and Administration, Municipal Law and Family Law.  Her litigation experience includes handling contract disputes, personal injury claims, and zoning and land use matters at the trial and appellate levels.  She represents clients in suits involving the Real Estate Tax Sale Law, both defending challenges to tax upset sales and overturning sales.   In family law, she advises clients on custody matters, postnuptial agreements and equitable distribution.

Jill also practices in Orphans’ Court, counseling fiduciaries such as guardians of incapacitated persons, trustees, and executors and administrators of estates.  In her estate practice, Jill advises clients on estate planning and drafts documents such as will, trusts, and general and health care powers of attorney.
