Stephen M. Kraybill

Steve is a shareholder of BB&T and Chair of the Wills, Estates, Trusts, Elder Law and Planned Giving practice group. He has also been active throughout his career in the Municipal group. He concentrates on representing municipalities in general governance, organizational and land use issues and families and individuals in estate and business succession planning efforts. He is knowledgeable about Federal Estate and Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Issues and related income taxes and has assisted families in Federal and Estate and Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax examinations.

Steve has represented municipalities in land use disputes at the local and appellate court levels and has counseled municipalities in finance, purchasing, employment relations and general municipal service issues.
