Where requested, we assist with issues concerning intellectual
property rights including e-commerce, software licensing, domain
names, and trademarks and trade names. We routinely practice in
the area of general business and corporate law, including the organization
and governance of business entities (providing counsel as to which
type of entity would best serve our clients’ needs, and preparing
and filing the necessary documents to organize the new entity and
to continue to operate each type of entity according to legal requirements),
preparation and review of business contracts, construction contracts,
employment agreements, and other executive compensation agreements.
We prepare bank loan documents for commercial loans and provide
proactive advice as to business succession planning.
