Our health care law group counsels these providers on regulatory compliance issues, including HIPAA, the Stark and Anti-Kickback requirements, Social Security regulations, and other federal and state regulations. Our attorneys set up compensation, profit sharing and retirement plans for physician groups, and work on complex business ventures such as private payor agreements, practice mergers and acquisitions, the formation of new provider entities, joint ventures with other providers and admissions policies and agreements.
