Our litigation section represents many practice areas and routinely represents clients involved in personal injury, commercial and business disputes including corporate and partnership formation and dissolution, commercial and residential leases, construction claims, employment and discrimination claims, employment contracts and restrictive covenants, estate claims, commercial collections, insurance coverage disputes, immigration petitions, administrative law matters, and consumer protection. With our strong zoning, real estate, and municipal background, we represent clients in land use disputes including eminent domain, private road actions, transfer of real estate, and environmental claims.
